Everybody else: Excuse the noice. I should have listened to my guts and shouldn’t have engaged in this type of discussion in the first place. My fault. I’ll learn from it.

You should be thankful someone finally responded to your blog.

That was another comment of yours that suffers from weasel words. (You would have increased its value by a multiple by simply supporting it with some useful references, like this video on youtube. Or by referring to a good discussion about it, like this one Yahoo Answers.)

I may be willing to tolerate off-topic discussions if constructive and/or informative. But as it stands, this one is neither – at least not from your side.

I’ll respond for the last time here on this off-topic thing, and won’t approve any further noise.

It should be perfectly obvious that what you say is true about anybody else who has been president, or could have been in his place (or any other type of “celebrity”, for that matter). Everybody else before had access to virtually the same resources as Obama does, including teleprompters, a staff of writers, and whatnot. And yet his speeches are different. (Or were. I haven’t heard any lately.) His language is different.

See, I don’t really care whose brain or feather good language is coming from – as long as it keeps coming. Period.

My response has gotten a bit lengthy though, so I though I’ll make it a post instead.

The problem is everyone is impressed with his style, no one is looking at the substance of the man.

But you keep making political messages on a post about values of human language. (Even if it was true what you say, I’d still find Obama’s has an extraordinarily good speech style.)

If you want to tell the world about political deception, how about writing a post on the topic yourself? It will be my pleasure to comment it.
