• It is free to change: It’s Open Source, licensed under the GPL.
• It is easy to learn: WordPress has probably one of the steepest learning curves on the planet among similar solution, thus keeping the cost of learning and getting started with it as low as it can get.
• It is easy to use: While there may be more “clever” CMS solutions than WordPress, it’s smoothness in day-to-day usage is unbeaten.
• It is easy to extend: Missing specific functionality can easily be added by plugins, zillions of which exist already.
